Unfortunately, the nice features are merely superficial. Once you have a membership with Intelliflix, it's pretty much all downhill from there.

I had the biggest problem, being into cult and indy film, finding movies out of the norm from what you would find at your local Blockbuster. Now here's the strange part... If you browse and don't see it, try a search; you'll find it, but when you try to queue it, it won't be available within the next 30 days. I had this happen with over 200 movies I had searched for, as well as the movies I imported from my Netflix queue.

Plus, to compound my user experience, the "help section is no help at all. Vague and overcomplicated, it offers only the most generic of answers any and all questions.

Not to mention the extremely confusing site layout. It says "Click here to learn to manage your Queue, it will teach you about priority, what you have out, and the coming back feature." Then it shows you "one of our online technicians ACTUAL queues". Why he has two different copies of The Weather Man in his queue is beyond me. Well, you click on just about everything, and it gives you a very basic description until, gasp, you find that there is no "coming back" feature.

I almost forgot the customer service. To say it's atrocious is an understatement. It only took about two days for me to realize this service was a big mistake. But there is no button on the "your account" screen to cancel out. You have to do through their customer service system. It's been two weeks and two letters of complaint. They still haven't cancelled my account. Also, you're not aloud to ask another question until your previous one is answered. It took them 3 days to answer my first, and 4 days to answer the next.

So, to sum it all up. Superficial selection, unavailable movies, poor site layout, incorrect information given about their features, and unbelievable customer service.

I know that this is the section where the bulk of the review is supposed to be, but there really is not much to say. Except, Intelliflix DVD Rental don't provide a good service, and I am concerned that they may charge my credit card after I've asked them twice to cancel my account.
