General Comments
This pellet works really well with my medium (600fps) velocity air pistol the Crosman 1377. It gives more penetration. I shot an empty soup can at 20 ft or so and the PBA penetrated both sides of the can, Crosman premier pointed pellet (7.9 gr) will penetrate the first side and will only dent the other side of the can, the PDA pellet goes through and through. I haven't shot any small pest yet, since i heard it's illegal to hunt anything w/ an air rifle/gun here in Illinois (correct me if I'm wrong please) so I'm not sure how well PBA penetrates flesh. Regarding accuracy, it seems like my 1377 is not picky with pellets, so far I've shot Crosman Premiers Hollow point and pointed both 7.9 gr and they are all accurate to me. Nickel size grouping at 12 to 15 yards with a cheap scope of course.

At least go and shoot a mouse or something. I don't think anyone wound give a hoot in hell if you shot a mouse. If they do, then they deserve to be shot as well.
