Many facilities and airlines use Heathrow.
Bad Points
Always work in progress, unfinished and inclined to be tatty. Too often walkways are not working.
General Comments
Having flown in from several airports in the Middle and Far East, Heathrow gives a poor first image of our country. Compared to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpar, Singapore, Dubai, Bahrain and even third world Denpasser (Bali), Heathrow has what appears to be dirty carpets that are badly mended, walkways that do not work and decor that gives little impression of England's premier airport situated in the capital city of one of the worlds richest countries. I am not proud to arrive at this airport even though we hear that millions are being spent on it.
