Good Points

It still exists, and I'm hoping that time will improve the stock.


Bad Points

It is a + size store, and yet most items stop at the waist. The quality of the products has decreased. Outside of London the stock is diabolical. Evans seems to add glitter and large motifs in very bad quality material. The cut of the products has also declined; therefore the hang is all wrong.


General Comments

I have given feedback every time I step into any of their stores. I believe that they have forgotten who their customers are. I would like to see more tailored products with higher quality in the material - Customers will pay for high quality/good tailoring. Ann Harvey is definitely a better place to shop (their downside is they go to 28). Evans needs to realise that 'fashion' items are fine, but + sizes also want to have items that can be mixed/matched from day to evening; work/social, and don't all need glitter or large belt buckles hanging off it in front. By the way, I usually spend a minimum of £300 per visit (2 - 3 annually), and I have dropped to less than £50.00 or less - over an 18 month period - in total - as there's nothing to buy.
