General Comments

I was told the gym would be delivered the following Tuesday (I purchased it on the Friday), yet this wasn't the case. I had to wait a whole week for 'delivery', and on the Thursday they were due to deliver the item, I received an email from CC Sports & Fitness telling me that there has been a delay, and this is 2 whole weeks after I placed the order! Why couldn't they tell me before? They promised the Tuesday, which was a few days after ordering, but it didn't come through. I find this rather unacceptable, and I am currently awaiting a refund for the item I purchased that never arrived, in which time I could have ordered and received it from my local shop.
