Excellent training and support.
Bad Points
The admin can sometimes be a bit disorganised, but then so are the students! I work in education and Phoenix doesn't seem any more disorganised than any other educational establishment. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's lovely in the Spring and Summer to be able to sit outside in the private grounds.
General Comments
Don't expect an easy ride - if you do something wrong, they'll tell you. The school is training adults to go out into the big wide world and survive and succeed as professional therapists.
I've found the training and support offered by Phoenix Health and Beauty to be excellent, and I think many of the other students will agree with me, as we just keep coming back to do more and more training! The classes are small, and therefore I feel all the students receive loads of individual attention. The tutors have always made the effort to get to know what you as an individual want to achieve, and then they help you get there. I think the school doesn't just offer courses, it produces excellent therapists.
