A professional well organised beauty school. All staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. Class sizes are small and friendly and tutors are more than willing to give as much as help as they can. Student support available and school owner is on hand daily with help and advice. This school has very high standards, and first steps salon available to newly qualified therapists to build up speed and confidence.
Bad Points
None I can think of, except don't have soya milk!
General Comments
I have almost completed my City Guilds level 2 beauty, and also two additional courses at the Phoenix School of Health & Beauty. I have really enjoyed my experience at Phoenix, and I would say this was due to a well structured and organised course. The course tutors and additional staff have always been very helpful, supportive and kept me well informed and up-to-date of course information with regards to exam dates etc.
The school has a lovely comfortable atmosphere, and with small class sizes you often have a lot of one-to-one teaching.
I would and have recommended this beauty school to friends.
