Bad Points
Perhaps the most appalling and confrontational customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.
General Comments
Double billed during first month of service.
No corrected bill.
Pricing still higher than quoted.
Have had to call repeatedly but no one fixes the problem. Instead the talk america customer service reps are rude and insulting.
I wouldn't recommend Talk America.
