General Comments

Offering a cash back deal - but no cash back! Repeated lies from customer services that the cheque is in the post - buy a phone from them at your peril! Would recommend avoiding them like the plague!

    Complained today to OFCOM, who say they will refer it to trading standards due to the volume of complaints received about Cool New Mobile
    Also complained to Three, who say they will investigate and respond within 28 days - will update if any cash back is ever received.
