Products ordered arrived & harddisk worked.
Activation key provided with security software was invalid.
Emailed customer services a couple of times with no reply. Phoned customer services, managed to speak to someone who was relatively helpful and said I'd have no problem getting a RMA and replacement. RMA was rejected with no reason, but they did kindly inform me they had the option as whether to give a reason.
