Managed to deliver the flowers
Half flowers dead within three days. Complaints handling is rude and obstructive, failing to acknowledge their own 'guarantee'. Also fail to point out you have access to a free 'Safebuy' mediation service.
Flowers from Eden4flowers had yellow leaves and half were dead within three days. Do not use although 'guaranteed' for seven days, if you complain after three days they refuse to deal with the complaint (which goes against their own policy on their website) and are rude in doing so. I reclaimed the money via my credit card company. (They have since changed their 'guarantee' to five days - nice way of dealing with a problem - reduce what you provide!)
