Excellent Internet banking service from an excellent bank

I access the service on average two or three times a week to transfer funds between accounts, make payments to others, and generally to operate my account, as my branch is 45 miles from my present home. I've used the same branch for nearly 38 years now, and I have experienced none of the problems my friends and colleagues seem to get with the 'big' banks.
I have found the system down for maintenance only twice, both times early on a Monday morning, and it was soon back in use. Access has never been a problem otherwise, though it's pretty obvious that it would be if I'd forgotten my log-in details, which is the reason for having these security checks in the first place - I therefore cannot understand how others appear to think that their amnesia is somehow the bank's fault!
Having read the reviews on Yorkshire Bank's Internet banking service, I must confess to being astounded, and I can only assume that people only write reviews when they are dissatisfied. I have been a YB customer since 1969, and an Internet bank user for a considerable time, and all I can say is that I have found the service to be excellent!
In short, as a very regular user and a very long-standing customer, I am 100% satisfied with Yorkshire Bank Internet Banking, and I wouldn't dream of switching to another bank.
