I booked a ticket on their website, and I printed out my page after my reservation was supposedly made. The page stated that my reservation was confirmed, and that my seats would be issued at the gate. 4 hours later, I got an email that says my flight has NOT been confirmed, my reservation has been cancelled, and my credit card would not be charged. Well - the charge is already pending on my card, so they've tied up $300 of my money for no reason, and it won't be released for 3 - 5 business days, and this is assuming the refund actually goes through without a hitch. When I tried to book another flight, the prices have increased by almost $150. Cheaptickets.com - nothing cheap about them. I will NEVER book through them again.
