General Comments
I purchased the Brocock PCP Air Rifle Stirrup Pump from my local dealer to charge my B.S.A. Ultra multishot, and I am so far very pleased with it. In my opinion, people who have experienced problems with pumps in general are probably trying to pump too fast. The trick is to take your time, make sure you use the whole of the pump stroke, and use your body weight as the pressure builds and more effort is required. I charged my Ultra from empty in about 2 1/2 minutes, and a top up is about a minutes work (admittedly the Ultra has a smaller than average capacity). One of the best things about a pump is that it is easy to "fine tune" the required fill pressure.
