General Comments

I signed up with them in October 2006, receiving speeds of 5.5Mbps. About a month into the contract I started getting speeds as low as 33Kbps in the evenings, so I called what Homecall Broadband call "technical support". They changed my build on the server, and since that date I have never managed to get passed 1Mbps, and they don't know how to put it right. It has taken until now 6.04.07 and hundreds of phone calls to them to finally get a technical cancellation from my contract. Now, when I do availability checks with other ISP's, my line indicates a speed potential of 256Kbps, even though I know it is capable of 5.5Mbps.
