Individual, gorgeous bags.
Lovely customer service. They made me feel like a star!

Bad Points
Lack of outlets, so can be quite hard to source.
The web site has a funny scroll system, which is a little strange to use.
General Comments
I found a Lindsay Taylor 'Wendy' Bag by stumbling across them on the Internet. I called the designer and she was very helpful with ideas. I now have a wonderful handmade silk velvet bag, and my friends are very envious! I'm saving up to get another in blue!
