Friendly service.
Efficient.
Went out of their way to solve a problem.
Excellent communication.
None so far.
I broke down twice in France, and both times I received excellent service. I did not have to pay anything. They sorted out the payment for the tow off the motorway. Last summer (2006) I broke down whilst towing a caravan. MoreThan European & Homecall Recovery got my car to a garage, arranged to tow the caravan to a local camp site for an overnight stop, and a taxi to tow the van to the main site 180 miles away. Once on site, they arranged a hire car for me until my car was fixed, and I was able to return the car to the hire company in town where my car was.
Excellent service! They went the extra mile!
