Delivery was on time.
The website does not send confirmation of order via e-mail or post.
Terms and conditions stipulate that they will substitute goods (in my case worth less than the order). Therefore, there is a chance that you won't get what you ordered.
No reply to phone calls or written letters of complaint.
I ordered a deluxe tulip bouquet with vase for £55 from Flowers4. They sent a mixed bouquet of cheap flowers that can be purchased for around £30.
After calling the customer services 5 times to complain, they never contacted me, I sent a letter to the director, but I have received no reply.
