118 247 could not find a residential number for me that I know is not ex-directory, so I used 118 118 who answered and found it within 15 seconds.
General Comments
Not being able to find this, together with a national emergency number, means I will definitely no longer use Yell. The PR lady was very understanding before, and she took the trouble to investigate, but they clearly have some educational needs in order to serve customers properly.
