I actually don't think there are much. If ever for hunting, why, because there isn't any lead in the bullet.
Terribly made.
Skirts often have extra "gold" hang off, which can ruin your gun.
I used the Gamo Raptor pellets with my dad's Crosman Quest 1000x, and was about to shoot it in my Beeman HW30, but after the result of my dad's gun, no thanks. It was horrible for the Crosman. When we ordered the Crosman, we ordered for Beeman pellets, but instead we got Gamo Raptor pellets and RWS Superpoints. My dad and I just wanted to start firing his new rifle so my we really didn't care with what we used. My friend, ( uses a Beeman R7) has been using these rifles for a long time, he specifically told me NOT to get these pellets. My dad used it in his gun and shots were inaccurate, totally off target and was just terrible (my dad has excellent aim so it was definitely not him). Gamo says that it "increases" the velocity by 25%, which to me I find very hard to believe. By the time we used the second Gamo Raptor pellet we nearly destroyed my dad's new Crosman. We loaded it just like we would normally load a pellet. What happened? Well, when we fired the rifle, nothing came out. Worried, we opened the barrel (break barrel system) and there was the pellet. It looked like we had shot it against a steel wall. The pellet was steaming hot, and completely flat. The reason of this was probably because the pellet says that it is plated with 18 karat gold. Which most likely was just dipped in 18 karat gold and dried off. Because the pellets are poorly made, scraps of "gold" are hanging off of the majority of the pellets. I either tried to fix most of them by personally removing the scraps hanging, or just threw them away. It was literally that terrible. Now, I'm thankful for not shooting it in my Beeman HW30, but for my dad's gun, I don't know, but since that pellet, the gun isn't cocking well like before, and might be permanently damaged. Don't use these pellets, for the sake of your rifle.
