Easy to use.
The Installation technician was helpful and versatile about the time he came to do installation.
Price not too bad.
Uninterrupted broadband since installation.
Customer service centre staff are very parrot-like in their dealings with any enquiries. They seem to have set answers for most questions, and then they falter if asked anything else.
I ordered Digiweb wireless broadband online. The website is easy to navigate and easy to understand. It will tell you straight away if you are in an area where wireless broadband can be installed or not. Payment is straight forward if you use a credit card, and the installation and first three month subscription is taken a day after installation. If you can pay a years subscription, then the installation fee is waivered. Or you can pay by direct debit, which is set up by Digiweb via telephone. I specifically wanted wireless broadband, as I have teenagers and do not want a landline at home so that they can run up excessive phone bills. The only problem I then encountered was, as I stay in a smaller town where there is not a satellite office, I had to wait until a technician came out to my area. This is where the automated customer service came in, and also the parrot-like answers I received from the staff. They also tried to change my mind about the package I had ordered, which I knew I did not want to do. I did though finally manage to get a telephone number for the branch in my area, and once I called them, the technician came out to me the next day. The installation was quick, and the technician was knowledgeable and able to answer any query I had.
The service has been running very well since installation, and I have now had uninterrupted broadband at home for over a month.
I do think that Digiweb is value for money and worth looking into when looking for broadband at home.
