General Comments

I don't normally post bad reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience of Deep Blue Dive Centre with others after the phone called I had this morning!

So, starting from the beginning...
I have purchased from them before at the dive show, the level of service I got from them at the time was second to none and it was then I bought my first reg set. Having dealt with them, I decided to go back to them for a pony package and this is where the problem started.

I placed the order on the Tue 27th March and was told to expect delivery of it by the 29th. Come Saturday 31st, still no sign of it so I rang up to check on the order, they promised to ring me back with an update but they never did, 4 phone calls later, I managed to find out the following Monday that parcelforce had a problem with the delivery.

Having re-arranged for it to be delivered, I was happily looking forward to picking up the delivery from my post office which is today 4th April. To my horror, when I opened it, the pony cylinder was resting on the first and second stage and there were items missing from the order.

But here comes the best bit, I spoke to the Sales Manager about the problems I've had and he didn't want to know, he said that I should take it up with Parcel Force because it has nothing to do with him the moment it leaves their store, well, his exact words were "I don't care, it's not my problem, pack it up and send it back to us if you don't want it, bye bye!".

Now, I can understand that sometimes, there can be unexpected problems with a delivery but what I didn't expect was the staff's inability to deal with a customer's order effectively and least of all, the sales manager putting the phone down on you!

Suffice to say, I won't be shopping with them again, granted, their prices are pretty competitive and they were really helpful when I placed the order and took my credit card number, but that's as far the customer service goes!
