I found Warren James in Derby to be a great little shop. It was very clean, with very helpful staff, and also good value!
The shop is a little too small if you have mobility issues.
I have purchased many items from the Derby branch, and I have had only one problem with one item. When I returned, the manageress was extremely helpful. I noticed a comment on here about the hollow stuff... I don't know if all shops are the same, but whenever I have bought anything that's hollow, when the assistant tells me about it, ie. 9ct gold, they always mention that it's dress jewellery, so to take it off before bed etc.
Warren James jewellers is a fabulous little shop for presents. Staff are always welcoming and very bubbly (I wonder what they put in their coffee)!
