Good purchase by auction IF any dates had been available.
Bad Points
Needed refund as no dates available and am still waiting - stressed out and angry as no present for my fiances 40th birthday as paid £2700 by debit card out my account.
General Comments
Have had some good deals in past - but this reluctance to refund my funds has ensured I will never purchase again unless by credit card. They are doing themselves no good with their actions. To fob of clients with technical problems to refund 2,700 is ridiculous.

I found that they tried to fob me off with excuses of technical errors to, and tried to blame everyone from my bank to me for their mistakes. Rubbish company.
