Nice clean cars.
Staff unhelpful and misleading at every turn.
On picking up at the airport, the bill doubled due to so-called charges that were never mentioned on the internet. On returning the car, the bill increased again. Do not trust this company! They clearly instruct their staff to up-sell you while misleading you about the true costs. Do not, under any circumstances, accept their offer of cheap fuel! They actually charge you for the whole tank but at a reduced rate. This will only work for you if you use over 3/4 of the gas. On exiting I was asked to sign a damage slip, I asked if I should check the car, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said, if you want, I did want and sure enough, damage to the rear bumper!
Summary. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of Budget Car Rental.
