The sound quality on the MP3 player is excellent

The internet radio just does not work.
Customer service is non-existent.
General Comments
In theory the Torian Infusion Internet Radio sounds wonderful. The item was delivered some two months after I had ordered and paid for it, and then it was to the wrong address. The error was Torian's and not the carrier's. No apologies about that from the company. That could have been forgiven if the radio lived up to the claims. So far I have only been able to load one pre-set (BBC radio 4) and the quality is appalling. I have tried adding other stations, but the Torian server is either totally unobtainable or the connection times out before it has been fully established. I have tried getting help from Torian customer service but have received no response.
My advice is do not touch this company or its products with a bargepole.
