Good Points

Easy to use. It's quiet.


Bad Points

The paddles inside are made of nylon and slotted into the drum, but I've replaced all 3 paddles in the Hotpoint twice in 18 months on 2 occasions the machine has damaged the clothes.


General Comments

Not that good.
