The call centre personnel are polite and helpful but seem to be totally ineffective.
General Comments
I was trying to book 4 air tickets through the Make My Trip website, dated 05/03/07, and to my surprise the air ticket was not confirmed but money was withdrawn from my credit card. It took 22 full tension filled days until 27/03/07 to sort out the matter. The biggest problem is that they don't bother to acknowledge by fax or email.
