They have a lot of good properties on their books. Unfortunately, they don't tell you about them. You basically have to do the job for them.
Virtually everything - we moved in last summer, and from the moment we stepped into their office searching for a rental property to the present moment, we have found them to be consistently unhelpful.
From our experience, KFH have been consistently unhelpful, especially in the following ways:
When they showed us around, they knew nothing about the house and just wanted to get the visit done as quick as possible, even giving us incorrect information regarding the date we could move in.
They sent the contracts to the wrong address 3 times, even though we expressly told them where to send it.
They never provided us with a copy of the contract, despite 3 requests.
The landlord is switching estate agents, and I have just received a letter quoting someone else's deposit and tenants names for the transfer.
All in all, every dealing we have had with Kinleigh Folkard and Haward estate agents has been frustrating.
