Good Points

The flight was on time

Unfriendly staff - unwilling to provide any extra help then the absolute minimum
For business class food, let's just say it did not meet business class expectations

General Comments

I am a fairly regular flyer, and I have flown with them on a number of occasions, as well as many other airlines. In the past I have flown in all classes with them, and I was not overly impressed with any. When you fly business class you expect good tasting food; not food that tastes like rubber. Another major issue which I had was the attitude of the Quantas staff. Staff were not interested in being polite, friendly or even willing to crack a smile once in a while. A real disappointment and embarrassment to the Australian reputation. The final issue was the sky bed, as it did not fold to flat, so it made it an uncomfortable flight, and was not much more comfortable in my opinion to economy.

If flying Qantas, I recommend you fly economy, as business and first class are not worth the cost on this airline; unlike many other foreign airlines, who I will choose to fly with in the future!!! DISSAPOINTING.
