High quality digital camera with CCD lens 3 x digital zoom in an attractive small well built case.
MP3 support is poor: It uses copy protection which means you can only use ID Smart Media, you can't share music by swapping Smart Media, and only 96-128Khz bit rates are supported. You have to have the remote control connected to listen to MP3 audio, but you can playback the sound from video clips through the built-in albeit small speaker.
This is my first digital camera, it does everything I want in a camera and more. Picture quality is excellent, the USB downloading software bundled performs well. All the controls, including software are easy to use and intuitive.
Ability to record short video clips in AVI format is pretty cool, but is low resolution only because of memory usage.
The MP3 features are poor so don't buy this if you want a gadget primarily for music.
