General Comments

I tried to top up with £10 pounds today {30/3/07} but my phone was credited with £20 airtime. I received two emails telling me that £10 would be debited from my account on the 10th April. Contacted customer services to be told they had no details at their end and a dd could not be set up via their web page so I would have to contact my bank to sort it!. Having contacted the bank they {and me!} were suspicious of fresh needing bank AND debit card details. Anyone else had simlar dealings?
