Knowledgable staff, Clear advice, Stock al major brands, Fast delivery, Free Delivery, Prices not hiked up - Great Value For Money.

General Comments

My experience of K9 Capers both in their stores and online has been fantastic. I used to shop in their Manor Royal Store in Crawley and always got a pleasant welcome and was presented with good advice. I always felt welcome and that my busines was genuinly appreciated. Since moving away, I use K9 Capers online at www.k9capers.com/shop. The quality and service here was no different from the stores. My orders arrived quickly, they were always correct and undanamged and I was very happy as I didn't even have to pay a delivery charge. On the one occaision when my order was delayed and when it eventually arrived, there was a further problem, on telephoning K9 Capers I was again met with a pleasant welcome and an uncomplicated solution.
