Good Points

The only 'good point' about Mint was their reasonable APR.


Bad Points

Customer services.
Being charged for late payment fees, when payment made by BACS (even if you use the online service the payment takes 2 days to get to your account, but is credited from your account that second)!
Very low credit limits and reviews of credit limits.
I have paid in full and cut up their card, and enjoy them paying the postage when I return their correspondence!!


General Comments

I am currently applying for a refund of unfair charges on my account. The call centre staff are unhelpful and appear to read from a script. I would prefer to take out a loan than use a Mint credit card!
