Bad Points

At no point did this company send me any information about my mobile phone insurance. After paying them for 2 years I contacted them and they told me that if I had made a claim they wouldn't have paid me as I had upgraded to another model of phone with someone else (someone not associated with the Carphone Warehouse). If they had sent me information stating this when I took out the policy I would have know about this. Terrible service! They also offer very uncompetitive prices.

At no point did this company send me any information about my mobile phone insurance. When I was attempting to contact the company by telephone I would get through to someone in a call centre and immediately the phone line would go dead. This happened constantly. It was such an infuriating situation.
