Bad Points

I ordered a paintballing session for 10 people for my brothers 21st Birthday on 2nd Feb, when I had not received the goods be the time his birthday cam around on 9ths Feb, I tried to call there customers service line and got put on hold for approx 12 minutes after which time I got cut off. Tried again and the same thing happened. I tried e-mailing and had one reply saying that they were moving premises and hoped to get all outstanding orders out by 23rd Feb. Its not 29th March and still nothing. I have sent a number of e-mails now and have not heard anything. I have now written to BBC Watchdog program about this. I suggest that anyone else who has had similar problems do the same to get this story out and maybe prompt BoysStuff to get their ass in gear.

Get in touch with the BBC Watchdog Programme about the problems you have had with Boys Stuff, I have and the more people that do, the more chance of something happening.
