Good flight from LHR to Hong Kong. Not quite up to Emirates standard but much better than BA.
Next leg Hong Kong to Bali (Denpassar) from their home airport was disappointing. The plane failed and replacement was smaller. Check in a shambles with distinct lack of leadership or customer care - ultimately we checked in three times for the same flight!
Cathay Pacific are good when everything goes well but not geared up to deal with delays or problems.
