Good Points
Two days prior to flying my wife decided to throw away our driving licences. I telephoned Premier Carjet head office who suggested I contact the DVLA and ask them to fax the details through to the hire company. I was amazed when I arrived in Murcia to find the hire company waiting with a set of car keys, I seem to remember eating my hat! The following morning an Albanian lorry driver reversed into my car, the hire company were very helpful, replacing the vehicle, even though it was still driveable. Being cynical, I expected money to be taken from my credit card as a result but to date none has. I have now booked with them again for this July.
