Cinema is clean and tidy, comfortable and often quite empty.

Usual things that are wrong in cinemas - the overpriced food and lack of customer service.

Gunwharf is my favourite cinema to visit, it is really comfortable with plenty of leg room, not that it matters too much because most of the films we see are the late night showing which means the cinema is dead and you can really relax, in the comfort of knowing you're not going to have popcorn chucked at your head by youths (Which I HAVE experienced in Southampton Odeon!). The location is great with a bowling complex/bar about 50 meters away. Loads of parking which isn't free, however if you take your ticket to the front desk they will stamp it for free to let you back out. So, technically, it is free! Good range of films and not overly huge rooms to view them in, makes it more personal.
