Good Points
They arrived on the delivery date given.

Bad Points
The flowers were well past their best on arrival. Customer service seemed non existent and the call center staff were unhelpful and rude.

General Comments
I ordered an arrangement from for mothers day and they came on the right day, however when the plastic was unwrapped the white roses were already brown on the outer petals and even some of the grasses that accompanied them were in parts brown, the pink roses were ok but by the next day were looking a bit tierd.
BY the second day the white roses were brown! Used Interflora's website to complain used this twice and no replies, i then rang them, yes it was 8 days later, but met firstly with a representative who found it acceptable to hold a conversation with 2 other reps while asking my details as well, which caused confusion, said somebody would call me back which they did.
This lady never identified herself and had no info passed over so had to go through all the details again, and as it was 8 days later she was no willing to do anything unless she could find evidence of my emailed contact. It has been two days since this conversation and as yet I've heard nothing by phone or by email!
