Online bill paying was convenient. *Although most credit card companies offer this feature.
Horrible customer service.
"No hassle card" was a total joke.
If and when you call, expect to talk to a machine, not a person.
Made errors with my account which actually cost me money.
If you do speak with a representative, 8/10 times the representative is clueless.
Expect ~30 minute wait time to speak with a representative.
If you ever have a disputed charge, expect to lose the money you are disputing.
The Capital One Classic credit card is designed to make money for the company, not satisfy customers. They should invest more money in customer satisfaction, instead of high volume advertisement.
Note: I personally lost $400 through their dispute process. I invested a large quantity of my time and effort, to only lose money in the end due to their disorganization.
