Good Points

We already have our mortgage, which was self certification with Northern Rock, and we had a good amount of collateral available in our house. We opted for a secured loan to get a good rate, and overall, in comparison with other lenders, I would say we have just that. We are both self-employed, and we chose not to submit accounts, which they were happy with.


Bad Points

None! If you have your mortgage with them, I guess this makes the whole process a little easier and of course quicker, so no bad points.


General Comments

I would recommend Northern Rock to anybody looking for a self certified mortgage or loan, as our experience has been extremely pleasant!!
