Broke after 2 months. Main board faulure apprently . 1 month later still waiting for replacement and samsung don't seem to care
General Comments
Customer service from Samsung is hopeless. Numereous calls made at 0870 rates and will be without phone for 2 months and Samsung will not compensate me.

on 5th Sep 2007So really your beef is more with Samsung customer service rather than with the phone itself albeit you don't expect these problems with a brand new phone.
I have had dealings with Samsung re their DVD cameras and although it took a long time and the customer service didn't seem to know what each other was doing, we eventually got a brand new replacement. Keep hoping!

The latest is that they are going to replace it with a new handset, as they cannot get hold of the replacement main board. A sorry state for a product only released last Christmas! Still waiting for replacement - now been 6 weeks without a phone. Samsung's repairers (K&N) have to return the broken handset to me for me to post it to Samsung, before Samsung will send the new unit! This takes 3 - 4 weeks!!! Why they can't just send me the new handset and they deal with old one is beyond me!
