General Comments

Cashback was not paid out at all. On the first occasion this was due to a delivery note not being included. On the cashback voucher itself it said to send the voucher and your bill. They had buried the delivery note information in some very small print in the contract. On the second occasion I have been unable to contact them as I should have received £330 cashback and have in fact received £0 and have had a brick of a telephone for a year that I would not have chosen if I knew I would be paying £35 per month for my line rental.
