Good Points

Price after negotiation, climate control, 3 year warrantee.

Bad Points

Finish on Alloy wheels started to bubble after 3 months. Also be aware that colour coded bumpers don't always match the bodywork on Mazda's.

General Comments

I bought my Premacy with a DVD player and cruise control thrown in and with a few days negotiation got the price down to below £14000. A hell of a lot of car for the price. After approx 3 months I noticed the finish on all 4 alloy wheels had started bubbling. I plan to raise this issue with the dealer when the car is serviced in 3 weeks time. The front bumber was a slightly different shade to the bodywork where as the back bumper matched perfectly. Mazda blamed this on the different base materials ie plastic verses steel I found this excuse an insult considering the back bumper was OK, why wasn't the front????. Mazda need to sort their QC out, these issues could prevent the premacy becoming a range winner. I find the engine a bit unresponsive for a 2.0 litre unit, without excessive reving I find smaller engined vehicles out accelertating the Premacy. The inner door handle/arm rests are hard plastic and play havoc with the elbow and funny bone especially on long jouneys, in August we are going to France in it, hope my elbow survives.
