Support from the top to bottom and front to back.
None yet and I've put 75 miles on them.
I ran for years with New Balance shoes, which I felt gave great overall support. However, the Kayano XIII exceed the NB performance. Feels like a million tiny hands are pushing back up. I hope this lasts......
