On-line banking is easy to use
I've used Natwest for 7 years for my business, and their admin seems to go from bad to worse. They stopped sending me account statements, and it took almost a year to sort out. I ordered a cheque book 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived.
The bank charges are high, and service is poor when dealing with problems. I am moving my account to another bank.
Natwest have had their chance, and I've had enough!
