Good Points

Everything is done through e-mail. I like that.

Bad Points

When the prices go down on the web site I was told I would get a refund of the difference. When I tried to get the difference after the price went down (almost $900.00) I was told that it was a different "promotion". This is fine however, just know this going in. They were not honest upfront. I would have waited a few months to book had I known I was NOT going to get the difference refunded to me. I booked 5 months in advance and the price keeps going down. It seems you are penalized for booking in advance.

General Comments

Its like a bait and switch. Once you pay you are STUCK.

On many occasions the cruise lines will have a promotion and a customer will pick up on that promotion. Then several months later either the cruise line will go up or down depending on supply and demand. On some occasions the cruise line will offer a highly reduced rate that is not applicable to passengers that are already booked. This customer does not have an adequate complaint, merely because the cruise line was trying to book up their vessel. As for the bait and switch totally uncalled for. This customer probably tried to get the rate lowered after final payment, inwhich the cruise line will not lower rates within 60 days prior to the sail date. If this person had not booked then and then booked later they would have probably waited to long called the company late and would have not been able to get the lower rate due to the fact that it would have been sold out and would have been the companies fault once again.
