No hidden charges.
Generally stable connection.
Poor helpdesk.
Unhelpful attitude, knowing you cannot go elsewhere.
Always years behind.
I bought a BT 1250 wireless router/modem. Kingston Communications refuse to connect me to my broadband connection. They will not offer any technical support. I cannot find anyone on the net who knows how to connect this router to Kingston Communications broadband. Can anyone help? It's no good saying "go elsewhere" because you have to use KC if you live in the Hull area.
