Bad Points

The look. Like all Dysons - I don't particularly like the choice of colours. Looks like a child's toy.


General Comments

Just wanted to say a quick word about Dysons and vacuum cleaners in general really. They all need maintenance, so for the people who say their cleaners don't even pick up small particles like hole punch paper, it's most probably due to a blockage. All cleaners get blocked at some time and need maintenance. Take all these personal reviews with a pinch of salt. Don't be put off by someone's negative comments. You never know, they maybe even working for a rival company!
I've had the DC01 for many years and have only just replaced it with the DC14 Animal. It has lots of gadgets and I know that if I misuse the hose or bump it into furniture I will damage it but that's hardly the company's fault.
The aftercare service is great, no matter how old your cleaner is. That is why I chose another Dyson. And finally... no, I'm not a member of the Dyson company.
